1: totally under the influence of some exterior and harmful force such as alcohol, marijuana, or MTV.

1: Blitzed is a term used when one smokes an excessive amount of marijuana, to the point where said person is so insanely stoned that he or she is bound to start taking their clothes off.

  * e.g.,  ... Girlfriend - "I'm fucking pissed at you."

2: The term may also be used when one comsumes ridiculous amounts of alcohol, to the point where said person is barely able to function properly.

1: Of being high or wasted to the extreme.

  * e.g.,  ... Dude man you've been smokin' too much your blitzed 

 [ "Blitzed" ]

1: An adjective, used when one is heavily under the influence, most often alcohol or marijuana.

  * e.g.,  ... "We were absolutely blitzed after finishing off that case of beer." 

 [ "The Blitz" ]

1: The Blitz referes to the Season 5 of How I Met Your Mother, when one person leaves the group for any period of time and something amazing happens. You can pass on the Blitz from being part of the group when somthing amazing does happen, but another person from the group had to leave between 2-30 minutes prior to that amazing thing happening.

1: To be highly intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

1: Being extremely drunk/hammered/fucked-in-half.

  * e.g.,  ... "Dude I got so blitzed last night I was falling on my ass everywhere I went!"

1: from the german word "blitzkrieg", meaning lightning (a very offensive-minded war strategy developed by the germans in WW2 that advocated quick control of your enemy's territory through fast and violent military bombardment; usually combining land and air attacks).

  * e.g.,  ... The defence really got good penetration on that blitz.

2: Used in football terminology to denoted a defensive play in which many defensive players are used to try and break through the offensive line (the line protecting the quarterbacks and running backs). A Blitz usually leaves the defence vulnerable to passing plays, but it also cuts down on the time the quarterback has to throw the ball (it's main purpose is to put pressure on the quarterback or sack the quarterback).
