1: Anyone who uses their smart phone to try to impress people. Usually described by someone who does not own a smart phone.

  * e.g.,  ... Guy: "Check out what my new iPhone can do! Don't you wish you had one?" Girl: "Oh, you think you're such a big shot with your Smarty-Pants Phone." 

 [ "Cleveland Smarty-Pants" ]

1: When a guy wears a tinfoil diaper coated with Smarties Candies. Once he fills the diaper it is then licked clean by the girl giving her a taste sensation of both delicious sweetness and lip-puckering sour. This is very popular with the "in-the-know" in Europe and with real-esate professionals.

  * e.g.,  ...  She was acting like a baby so I showed her who her daddy was with a Cleveland Smarty-Pants. 

 [ "Mr. Smarty Pants" ]

1: Somebody who is pretty smart. You normally copy off this dude in class and pick on him occasionally. But at the end of the day, he knows he's needed to copy off of.

  * e.g.,  ... Mr. Smarty Pants just pooped his pants again. 

 [ "Miss Smarty Pants" ]

1: One who talks about longitude and latitude.

  * e.g.,  ... "well aren't you miss smarty pants, talking about longitude and latitude"
