3: Used as a substitute word for something that is free. Can also still be used in it's original form to describe something new or nice.

3:  A term making a huge comeback with today's most hip & fresh crowd. Use the term "That's fresh" if you ever feel like being cool. It's a sure way to make you stand out amung all the "balh" people around you.

1: Someone who is cocky, arrogant and a flirt. One can be accused of being Fresh or trying to get get Fresh with someone. This is usually when someone tries to get some physical action without permission first.
