  * e.g.,  ... guy 1: i was watching the world cup and i saw this dude finessing the ball, it seemed like it hung in the air for an eternity before it dropped in right above the keepers' hands. guy 2: well i watched messi finessing the ball in. He shot it beautifully to the far post.

1: 1: (General Use) Meaning to steal from someone or to scam them. 2: (Gaming) To outplay someone.

  * e.g.,  ... Person 1: "Yo, how much you pay for this bag? Ain't nothin' in here but grass, fam." Finessed Person: "Nigga what?" Person 1: "Bruh, you got finessed."

1: Getting something taken from you in a slick way

  * e.g.,  ... When your teacher collects money for a pizza party and doesn't show up the next day, that would mean you got finessed.

1: Getting your way in life, sometimes through cheating. Hustling.

2:  An art of persuasion or trickery in which an individual is able to get something they want with the cunning prowess of an illusionist or wizard.

3:  Something done with ease as if second nature; easily transitioning to something else

1: When one person sweet talks or verbally lures another person into a particular situation or action that he or she would not normally be in. A situation that only benefits the finesser.

  * e.g.,  ... “She has money but finessed me into paying for her food.” “Having money, but crying to your friend that you are going through hardship, then getting them to offer you their money”

1: Street word meaning to make a profit off of someone by fooling them to buy something that is low quality or not real. This can be a good thing if your the finesser.
