1: The same thing as working out only better.

  * e.g.,  ... Bojidar is workoutting and will be finished soon. 

 [ "Workout Hangover" ]

1: The feeling of complete bodily soreness the day after working out. Typically characterized by dreading getting out of bed, evading steps, avoiding heavy objects that need lifting, refraining from raising your arms above your head, telling people not to touch you, and a general lack of movement.

  * e.g.,  ... I got my butt kicked during my workout last night, and now I have a workout hangover. Please don't touch me. Man, I could not get out of bed this morning. I was so sore from lifting and had a major workout hangover. Person 1: I'm taking the elevator today. 

 [ "Pre-workout" ]

1: A mild form of cocaine.

  * e.g.,  ... After I took my pre-workout the tingles had me ready to lift a house! 

 [ "Rari workout" ]

1: When one pumps their arms up and down repeatedly to music by lethal bizzle. (as if they were pulling down on a cord)

  * e.g.,  ... *DENCH tune playing, pumping arm up and down* 

 [ "Rari workout" ]

2: Lethal bizzle created this in his snapchats while in his Ferrari on his way to the gym while listening to DENCH tunes.

  * e.g.,  ... "RARI WORKOUT RARI WORKOUT RARI WORKOUT RARI WORKOUT" 

 [ "Jewish Workout" ]

1: A Jewish workout is a term used to describe a session in a sauna. As referenced in the Seinfield episode - The Yada Yada (S8E19).

  * e.g.,  ... George: Hey, where you just at the health club? Tim: Oh, well, I didn't do much. I just sat in the sauna. You know, it was more like a Jewish workout. 

 [ "Halo Workout" ]

1: At the end of a Halo game, everyone playing takes the number of deaths they had during the last round, does that many push-ups and then proceeds to do double that number of sit-ups. The goal is to equal out days of Halo play with a little excercise.

  * e.g.,  ... Alright, I had seven deaths. I'll do the Halo Workout and be back in seven push-ups and fourteen sit-ups. 

 [ "prison workout" ]

1: A workout routine performed without the use of specialized exercise equipment. The workout is performed using only items found in a prison cell; chair, bed, bars, walls, floor, etc.

  * e.g.,  ... I was stuck in my hotel room for a few hours so I did a prison workout. 

 [ "guido workout" ]

1: Going to the gym and doing nothing but maxed out bench pressing (Usually a grand total of 3 reps every set), and bicep curls with dumbbells.

  * e.g.,  ... I walked into the gym and heard screams of agony and torture. The guidos must be maxing out their bench press again. 

 [ "guido workout" ]

2: Coined by the fact that most guidos concentrate more on their chest and partial arms than they do on triceps, back, abdominals, and most importantly, legs and cardio.

1: The act of a woman pleasuring herself via rubbing her clitoris with her hand

  * e.g.,  ... Do you wanna watch me do a forearm workout or are you gonna join in this time?
