Similar to the media, tabloids and the paparazzi except they are of the deviant stalker type who relies on stealth, electronic warfare voyeurism and espionage. A stroll watches a person 24 hours a day seven days a week while gaining sexual gratification from the victim leading to obsession that will never end until they get a full release or get killed. Very perverted individuals who question other peoples sanity while being unaware of their own mental illness.
