1: A nickname a man usually over 40 would give a girl that has a very tight vagina. 1st mentioned by the rapper Too Short in the 80's classic rap song 'Freaky Tales': "...her **ssy was tighter than a Sentry Safe..."

1: Gaming term for any fully autonomous stationary weapon, or Sentry Turret. They have featured in many FPSs, most notably in the Valve games.

1: Originating from Team Fortress 2, when the Engineer will shout "SENTRY DOWN!" if his sentry is destroyed.

2: Used on the internet to mean that the defenses are down; used jokingly in a flame war.

1: Really fucking annoying bob-omb expies that run towards a Sentry and explode.

 [ "mini sentry" ]

1: The spawn of Satan Himself. Even scunts and W+M1 pyros don't deserve to stare down the barrel of one of those horrors.

  * e.g.,  ... The much hated lime green tossle cap wearing scunt was hated by everyone because he was edgy, spammed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) binds in the chat, and reked everyone who tried to fight him, but even him didn't deserve to get mowed down by a mini sentry. 

 [ "Sentry nest" ]

1: A Sentry nest is a term used in the multiplayer online game: Team Fortress The term refers to an area in which one or more players of the the Engineer class has set up their buildings, (primarily) the Sentry gun, Dispenser, and Teleporter in a way that it acts like a small base for their team to retreat to when they are in trouble. It is common behavior for the Engineer to "turtle" in the nest and not stray away from his buildings. This behavior can stem from a fear of enemies of the Spy class to place an Electro-Sapper on his buildings. These nests are commonly set up behind cover, with a corner for the Engineer to keep his back against to avoid being backstabbed by a Spy.

1: Wearing only one headphone so you can still hear if someone is approaching.

  * e.g.,  ... John was wanking off in his room but was in sentry mode so he could hear if his housemates returned. 

 [ "Funny Sentry" ]

1: The funny sentry, aka the funny turret is what a fully automated sentry gun is referred to as when it is placed secretly deep into enemy territory.

  * e.g.,  ... Oh it's just so "funny" when I get shot by a funny sentry right outside my base
