1: To be used for males or females. When you come across that one person; above all that can get it. Ergo, you would fuck the shit out of them.

  * e.g.,  ... Mark: ayo my dude? You see shorty in da blue? 

 [ "qualifier" ]

1: Refers to a single person or group of people who are juggernauts at an outdoor sport such as fishing or hunting.

  * e.g.,  ... That qualifier always catches fish for his girlfriend; he is so providing. 

 [ "qualified immunity" ]

1: A bizarre policy which prevents police officers from being held accountable when they violate somebody's rights

  * e.g.,  ... A cop pulls somebody over for a broken tail light and ends up shooting them.The cop claims he thought their cell phone or whatever was a gun. the victims family might sue the police department in which case any settlement would be paid with tax dollars but because of qualified immunity the police officer can't be personally sued. 

 [ "qualified impunity" ]

1: When the police take qualified immunity MANY steps to far in the oppression and murder of black citizens.

  * e.g.,  ... Derek Chavin is the embodiment of actions made under the racist oppressive ethos of qualified impunity. 

 [ "neighbor qualified" ]

1: Good neighbor's, people next door that don't annoy you.

  * e.g.,  ... So far in my area everyone is neighbor qualified. 

 [ "YouTube Qualified" ]

1: Someone who believes they are qualified or an expert in a particular field because they have watched a large number of YouTube videos on the subject. Usually relating to automotive repairs but can apply to more advanced fields like rocket science or brain surgery (with less success!)

1: A girl that is so attractive, that an indivdual is willing to perform a BMT on her.

  * e.g.,  ... Have you met Trent's new japanse girlfriend? She is definately BMT Qualified.

2: Used to describe moderately attractive, to extremely attractive women.

3: Particularly useful in public or mixed company.

1: Tryna show off and get alot of attention with their watercraft. Might include adding underwater lights to a boat , adding a slide to a pontoon. A person whos car/boat/truck/ golf cart is worth more than his house.

  * e.g.,  ... Guy 1: Why did they put those lights their boat? 

 [ "qualified to sing" ]

1: synonomous with "I just had sex" it comes from the song by The Lonely Island. Used to describe someone who, big surprise, just had sex.

  * e.g.,  ... Socially Awkward Penguin: Watching video by the lonely island . . . parents walk in, are qualified to sing guy1: Dude, I'm totally qualified to sing
