1: OC is collective for ''owned character'' ''original content'' or ''original character'' usually describing a character or creation that is either franchised, branded, or owned by a lone person or company. Whilst a Persona is a character the author identifies with, not necessarily as self-insert, which is the author drawn in an art style or as a character. an OC Persona is a character that does not look like the author, but primarily the author's ''personal'' view on how they'd want to be like in a completely fictional world. it is more in-depth and the character has backstory unrelated to the author's real life. An OC persona also does not share the real name of the Author.

''Name'' is an OC Persona, they're a bit more personal with the story tropes that I like, so I identify with this character quite a lot when writing.
