1: An opiate-based pain medication abuser or junkie who is noticeably high in public, an opioid addict who doesn't care how they are perceived in public, a heroin or opioid abuser who is seen attempting to go about their day in public but is so high that everyone around them knows they are very high. Signs to look for-dilated pupils, slow movements, disheveled hair, dirty clothing, speech is incoherent, and the person may slobber or drool. DO NOT CONFUSE WITH A HOMELESS PERSON. A mutant IS NOT a recreational drug abuser/social drug user. A mutant may appear like a zombie stumbling about until they finally pass out for one of their frequent naps.

1: A type of every day civilian that forms menial tasks around the city. They are usually low class in wealth, and are very unkept in appearance. Shaggy or greasy hair, bad skin, and odor are usually found around mutants. They can be found driving a city bus, handing out parking tickets, or cleaning up government facilities.

  * e.g.,  ... I saw a mutant trying to write a ticket for my car because it was parked 3 minutes over the hour limit, so I told him to get the fuck outta there.

1: A street gang, with it's origin in North Jersey, now located in Manhattan and LA. An off-shoot of the larger Jersey street gang, The Horny Fredos, The Mutants focus on getting themselves into ridiculous social situations, and manipulating women. The gang is lead by 3 founding members: Mutilda, Mutanex, and Mutaro, and continue to help shape the NY social scene.
