1: When someone takes the top off one of those trashcans at parks or something, takes the trash bag out, gets inside, puts the top back on and hot boxes a joint/blunt/etc. inside.

1: Sexual intercourse scenario in which you are inside a stolen city trash bin.

  * e.g.,  ... I took her to the dungeon and we did the grouch. It was quite disgusting

1: The act of climbing inside a garbage bin and being surly and borderline agressive to pedestrians in a similar fashion to Oscar the Grouch.
