  * e.g.,  ... Dick Cheney: Depends. 

 [ "depender" ]

1: Someone that takes an ink pen from somebody else and never returns it. The depender uses various techniques such as asking to borrow a pen then keeping it or helping themself to a pen that was left unattended. This results in the owner of the missing pen being left without one.

  * e.g.,  ... After searching on the desk, in the drawers and then under it, for their favorite writing instrument but not finding it, the individual realized they had once again fallen victim to the mysterious depender.

1: it depends applies to probably everything. just cause you gangsta dont mean you from the ghetto, and just cause you're from the suburbs doesnt mean you're rich/middle class

1: capable of being depended on; worthy of trust; reliable:

  * e.g.,  ... Zack Falls is a dependable single man 

 [ "Depends" ]

1: Diapers for the elderly who have lost control of their bladder due to old age. (Can also be used figuratively to make fun of someone with a small bladder or someone who frequently wets their pants/bed.)

  * e.g.,  ... "My grandma told me to get her something useful for her birthday, so I got her an economy size package of Depends. She was thrilled."

1:  Padded undergarments used to minimise discomfort and embarrassment of sufferers from weak bladders.

  * e.g.,  ... Depends! Depends! (That was funny. Please bring me my Depends before I wet myself).

1: The pussified term a full blown addict uses to describe their habit. People who admit to having a “dependency” are almost always just trying to tip-toe around using the word “addiction”.

  * e.g.,  ... Liar: “Yes, I sometimes smoke cigarettes and drink liquid sugar but I only have a mild dependence.”

1: What we all are at least some point in our lives. Especially during infancy.

  * e.g.,  ... Society pressures people to be as independent as possible when in reality, it's sometimes good to ask for help when you really need it.
