1: A horrible, unspeakable word that is used upon Karen’s who gripe over stupid little shit. A common consequence of using said word is the Karen crying and complaining to the department manager, forcing him to come in on his day off to address this shit.

  * e.g.,  ... Why did you screen that proctor out in the field? Because I didn’t want to sit there and listen to you bellyache about it!
