2:  It's when you accept the fact that you wronged someone, possibly made an irrational judgemental based on hearsay. The act of harming others feelings unintentionally and not realizing the consequences that it may bring. So, you apologize to the person/people that have had the displeasure to being subjected by the ill-behaved.
