1: To screw up a very simple task. Or to show complete incompetance in most endeavors.

  * e.g.,  ... All that Ray has to do was back the truck in but he will wiste it. 

 [ "Wistful" ]

1: A longing look into the distance, the key is to make it look like you naturally looking out at your loved one leaving for war, or in deep thought with a touch of happiness and a touch of sorrow.

  * e.g.,  ... "OMG BABEEEEEEEEEE! all those photos we took last night are so wistful we look great!" "Get your Whist on babe and look wistful with me." "Denyse doesn't even know what wistful means so we should show her *looks out into the distance like Mo-del Cheerleader" " DON'T LOOK AT THE CAMERA!! you are so wistful"

1: The desire for a thing or situation which is very unrealistic but persists as a desireable alternative to reality. Its accumulation in the psyche leads to the state of being wistful. In large enough amounts wist can even lead to cognitive dissonance and melancholy.

  * e.g.,  ... Abandoning pursuit of her childish dreams for a life of safe pragmatism, she was overcome by wist.

1: It’s exactly like the word wait, but spelled differently because some people have issues with proper spelling.

1: That point along the road to inebriated where you start to think about things that bum you out, people you miss, and how you wish the situation you were drinking in was more enjoyable.

1: An insincere, sad attempt at smiling

  * e.g.,  ... An incredulous expression is less wistful than a wasted wistful wishful smile reposite. 

 [ "Morgan Wisted" ]

1: Blogger, musician, dancer, muser, fashionista, hair changer, meeter of thomas kirk...all around awesome.

  * e.g.,  ... The chick is such a Morgan Wisted! She changes her hair like every two months! WOAHHH. I just Morgan WistedED....I listened to Muse for like 7 hours straight! H.A.A.R.P FOR THE WIN!

1: When someone or something recreates your face but the final result ends up making you look uglier than the wicked witch of the West.

  * e.g.,  ... Blaine: I' m gonna draw you. Michael: Aight just don't make me look like the Whitched Wist. 

 [ "Wisted" ]

1: Wisted is when a person is very wistful or nostalgic.

  * e.g.,  ... I came home and saw all my old family, friends and hangouts from my past. The whole day had me " Wisted".
