2: Not technically a word, but by all logic, it should be.

1: A state of being where you are not over-excited nor unimpressed, but just satisfied and calm.

  * e.g.,  ... "I know it's hard, but try to stay whelmed."

1: When you're not overwhelmed, or underwhelmed. You're just neutral.

  * e.g.,  ... "How are you, Ginger, my love, my dove, my fire?"

1: adjective

  * e.g.,  ... Goldilocks tasted little bear's porridge and it was whelming.

2:  between underwhelming and overwhelming; just right; the perfect consistency.

1: When you’re not feeling overwhelmed or underwhelmed.

  * e.g.,  ... “I’m feeling quite whelmed today, Jared.”

1: (Adj.)In a state of satisfaction or appreciation.

  * e.g.,  ... I was perfectly whelmed by the attention I received on my birthday - gifts from my close friends and a nice dinner at home with family. Chastity: I know you can be overwhelmed, and you can be underwhelmed, but can you ever just be whelmed?

1: It does NOT mean indifference. It means: To be submerged, turned-over, or covered up. Or, more commonly,

  * e.g.,  ... I was whelmed by the majestic view on top of the mountain. The dance was so whelming, I was almost overwhelmed. 

 [ "Whelmed" ]

2:  To be so over-taken with emotion or excitement that one feels "turned upside down" or completely engulfed. It does NOT mean "neutral" or BETWEEN "underwhelmed" and "overwhelmed". If anything, "whelmed" means to be overwhelmed or just slightly less excited than "overwhelmed".
