1: A person who wastes chances and time. Someone who does not give a shit. Someone you feel like giving up on because of their behaviour. They waste your time and their time. Someone who is unable to commit or focus. Some who consistently gets out of their minds on drink or drugs. Someone who does not care about anyone or anything.

  * e.g.,  ... Jack is a fucking waster. The doss cunt. 

 [ "Waster" ]

1: Also called Wateration day is a largely celebrated holiday in Eastern Candad. It does not fall on a fixated date. It usually comes tomorrow or on November 11 or every 14th Saturday. Waster is not Waster without soggy bread with sprinkles, fast festive songs and tamed Waster worms. Waster brings rains and is a harvest oriented holiday.

1: Someone who takes time to enjoy life, spending a considerable amount of time involved in activities regular people would label a 'waste of time'.

1: A term used to describe someone that will not gain from their acts, one who does not search for or get involved with work, reguarly pays no attention to cleanliness and tends not to do housework.

1: When someone is not worth your time. A person is a waster when they are scum and disgust you, or when they go against the norms set by society or the morals set by most people.
