1: A day that has the power to cancel school and nobody really knows or cares why.

  * e.g.,  ... Guy #1: Did we have to finish that assignment for tomorrow? 

 [ "ASVAB Waiver" ]

1: Someone in the military who scored low on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) yet was still allowed to join based on the approval of a waiver. Term used to imply someone is of substandard intelligence.

  * e.g.,  ... I can't believe he loaded all those bullets in the magazine backwards. I know! He must have been an ASVAB Waiver..

1: Is a woman that has the proclivity to sleep with members of the Armed Forces. A euphemistic way of calling her not only a slut but a slut that craves military penis. Synonymous with "Patriot"

 [ "spoiler waiver" ]

1: What you say to allow your friends to spoil. Typically before a question. Abbr. SW. Note that this is only in effect temporarily. It is encouraged to define a standard this time period within a friendship. E.g. only one answer to a question.

  * e.g.,  ... Mr. Robot season 1 spoiler alert below: You: Spoiler waiver: What is the deal with Mr. Robot?! 

 [ "Waiver Rat" ]

1: a fantasy team manager who builds their team by frequently scouring the waiver wire to pick up breakout players and sleepers before their opponents.

  * e.g.,  ... I can't believe that waiver rat was up late and already swooped up Brandon Lloyd and Peyton Hillis. 

 [ "waiver meat" ]

1: Meat that lived such a green, organic, happy life that it might as well have signed a waiver allowing respectful hippie famrers to kill it (humanely) for our consumption. For the responsible carnivore.

  * e.g.,  ... Kira mainly sticks to vegan fare, but now and then she will indulge in a waiver steak. 

 [ "Waiver-wire Pickup" ]

1: An attractive or "cute" girl, most likely a 6 or 7 out of 10, who is just above the cutoff of no hookup potential and initially below relationship or multiple hookup potential. If she performs well, her chances of sticking around dramatically increase. Similar to a fantasy football player you pick up to replace a poorly performing, injured, or bye-week player.

  * e.g.,  ... Hey man, let's hit the bars to see if we can find a Waiver-wire pickup. Yea, after breaking up with my girlfriend last week, I'm honestly only looking for a Waiver-wire pickup 

 [ "Waiver Wire Whore" ]

1: One who picks up other Managers' backups off of the waiver wire in fantasy sports leagues, thus essentially fucking the other manager. The term was made famous back in 2001 when Non Solo picked up Dominic Rhodes, backup to Edgerrin James of the Indianapolis Colts in an attempt to fuck James' owner, the fabled Vinny Marlins organization.

  * e.g.,  ... Non Solo is such a waiver wire whore, he never drafts a good team.
