1: Utilize is a politically charged euphemism, meaning: to induce a buzz; to drink alcoholic beverages to get drunk. The politics is anti-populist, anti-bible-belt, and anti-middle America.

1: (Verb) Used in Air Force basic training in lieu of saying "go to the bathroom," or "take a piss." Quite simply, utilize means to use the bathroom.
