1: A single phrase that was used once and has now spawned a million+ varieties. Usually said when something stands out and is extremely noticeable. This phrase can be applied to almost anything as you just fill in the blank with a noun after "Wow strong ____." Fun for everyone.

  * e.g.,  ... "That guy lift 1000 pounds!!!" 

 [ "Strong-arm Tactics" ]

1: Using overall assholish tactics to get what you want; usually used in the business world.

  * e.g.,  ... Bill Gates uses strong-arm tactics to run other companies out of business - at least we aren't using macs. 

 [ "Long Island Strong Arm" ]

1: When two dudes interlock arms (like in a toast of sorts) and jerk themselves (not each other) off. The act is considered neither gay nor cheating.

  * e.g.,  ... No bruh. Tom didn't cheat on Cindy. Him and Bobby were totally just Long Island Strong Arming it after the big win in the locker room. 

 [ "The "Billie Joe Strong-Arm"" ]

1: A euphemism for masturbation. A play on the name of punk rocker Billie Joe Armstrong, singer for Green Day whose song "Longview" was partially based on the subject.Also for his habit of polishing the family jewels for his fans at concerts.

  * e.g.,  ... I'm gonna go home, grab my dirty mags and do the "Billie Joe Strong-arm" for awhile.
