1: Po-faced means having an assumed solemn, serious, or earnest expression or manner; piously or hypocritically solemn. It can also mean expressionless or emotionless, perhaps derived from poker face meaning the ability to avoid showing any reaction to the cards you have been dealt.

1: The face of a man that appears haggard, tired or generally unattractive, and you can totally tell that he has been ravaged by the horrible disease of HIV/AIDS. It's usually a man who has fag face, but older.

  * e.g.,  ... "That old dude is totally checking you out. Too bad he has pos face, and I you want to get AIDS. Don't talk to him"
