1: To inappropriately and unjustifiably wrong another, particularly -but not necessarily- knowingly or maliciously.

  * e.g.,  ... Man, that's the second time this month my paycheck was wrong; they need to quit perpetrating!

1: From 'Perpetrate' - The act of commiting a serious wrong against another. *Please Note* Also may be classified by Degrees from 1-3 (with 1 being the worst).

1: A friend who oversteps his/her boundries when it comes to matters of money, personal items, or the opposite sex A person who tries to create an imtimate relationship with a group of friends not carring the consequences of his/her actions.

  * e.g.,  ...  John-"Hey how you doing my name John. Whats your?" Tyrone- (in head) "I know this nigga seen me walk up to her and spit at her first. This nigga perpetrating." John-"Wait, you fucked Crystal?" Tyrone- "Yeah, why?" John-"I fucked her too. I know she know we homies...unless she want the whole team to hit?" Tyrone- "We have a perpetrator."

1: to claim membership in an exclusive organization such as a fraternity or sorority without actually being a member. To go as far as to purchase wearing apparel (paraphernalia) to keep up the facade.
