2: The abbreviations ITP and OTP are used to define whether someone lives Inside the Perimeter (inside/close to the city of Atlanta), or Outside the Perimeter (in an outlying suburban area).

1: n. to go outside and smoke cigarettes; a euphemism that means to go outside of one's workplace(where smoking isn't allowed)and walk way beyond company property so that one could smoke.

1: Often done to prepare oneself to frost the perimeter, before one drops a messy pile of stool towards the hatch. Respectable men will always accost a perimeter before they frost it.

  * e.g.,  ... I could hear Boris accosting that perimeter for like 10 minutes before I actually heard stool splashing into the bowl! Before perimeter is frosted, perimeter must be accosted! 1: The process of clearing a perimeter of obstacles as to increase the likelihood of success upon reaching the intended goal or target.

  * e.g.,  ... I've got to do a little perimeter dusting if I my garrote and I are going to sneak up on our target without being spotted.

1: an invisible force, like a magnetic field, that repels romantic interests from coming within six inches of you

 [ "Texan Perimeter" ]

1: When you have sex with a girl in a perimeter of ten gallon hats.

  * e.g.,  ... "Yeah dude I fucked Jolene in a Texan Perimeter."
