1: A state entered after smoking too much marijuana when one looses his or her fine motor skills and may loose the ability to speak or correctly light a bowl. A common symptom of palsy is blowing into the bowl, an offense punishable by up to 5 skips. Derived from cerebral palsy, the condition that "the special kid" in your elementary school had. You know, the one in the wheel chair that drooled.

  * e.g.,  ... After 10 bowls of chron we were all to palsy to pack another one, so we just kinda sat there for an hour or so, occasionally going into extreme fits of tandem laughter.

1: portmanteau of "measly" and "paltry", scanty, less than adequate.

  * e.g.,  ... That buffet is pretty palsy.

1: n: uncontrollable twitching, usually due to drug overdose.

1: Coming from the word "Palsy," meaning ill, paralyzed, or loss of sensation. It's when you get either extremely high off killer Christopher Reeve wheelchair weed AND/OR lit off hardcore booze. You become "palsied" unable to move, walk, or talk.

  * e.g.,  ... Pokey fired up a huge, six paper blunt with super dank wheelchair weed. He was fucking wrecked. Then, he consumed a fifth of Bellringer gin and huge plate of nachos. After that he was palsied. 

 [ "Ball’s Palsy" ]

1: When one testicle droops lower than the other. Can also be called Bell’s ballsy.

  * e.g.,  ... Ya see that dudes uneven nuts. Def case of Ball’s palsy. 

 [ "Palsy donk" ]

1: (short for badonkadonk, when describing the rear assets of someone with cerebral palsy, aka cp) Palsy donk is the condition of a well-endowed backside caused by Nature; Spine curvature; and Pelvic tilt.

  * e.g.,  ... Girl, you have some serious palsy donk in those pants; you should wear them everyday and you'd have a different date every night.

1: -Noun ) A state in which one's fingers uncontrollably seize into a claw-like formation. ) When one forms a stiff, distorted claw in an attempt to make a fist; a loss of control over the fingers' clenching motion.

  * e.g.,  ... ) When Lady GaGa comes out of her little "Monster" egg in "Bad Romance," she totally has GaGa Palsy. ) I came so hard that I had GaGa Palsy for a day
