1: Being up yourself or thinking you're above/better than everyone else. A descriptor of someone you may know who has now gotten ideas or behaviours that would have previously been believed to be above their station.

1: A belief that is based on or justified by the doctrine of vicarious atonement.

1: A made up word pretentious people use when they can't think of another word to describe a feeling.

  * e.g.,  ... Example: "from a managerial standpoint, these productivity numbers are giving me fuzzy notions" 

 [ "Notional Hand Job" ]

1: The act of giving someone an imaginary hand job. This is done by shaking a a closed fist in the air, simulating a stroking action. This action is used for a wide variety of reasons, whether it is for raising morale, thanking someone, or congratulating someone. It is in no way wrong for one man to give another a notional hand job, because the it's notional, and not real. Either sex can give either sex a notional hand job.
