Despite originally defining a group of angry people, in these games it describes a single angry character. I guess "enemy" or "target" or "that fucker over there" were too many syllables.

1: the MOB is the name given to the irish organized gangsters in America the term mafia is used for italian gangsters people who dont realy have a clue confuse the two,but that is why im clearing it up,the irish MOB is still active and powerful in many US citys including new york boston philidelphia the twin citys and chicago they like the italian mafia are well organised and profesional,they prefer to keep a very low profile for obvious reasons hence the reason you dont hear a lot about them,but they wield a lot of power in political circles and unions,some people make a link between J.F.Kennedy and the Irish mob,the kennedy family being only 1 of many irish familys who against the odds came to prominence in the USA.
