1: Typically referring to a woman - a motherly/maternal person that may also be fat, have big tits (probably only because of how fat she is), and an authoritative tone in the way a mother has.
Not exactly complementary. You’d maybe call a 65-year old homekeeper this if trying to be complimentary. Calling a 36 year old coworker this is an insult.
