1: to be tied down in a relationship of sorts. to have (tight) restrictions on what you can and cannot do. to be on the is leash to be exclusively tied down to ONE person. similar to how a dog is on a leash held by one person and that one person dictates what they do by keeping a firm grip on the leash. the leash is a two person activity. you wouldn't hold a leash with no dog on the other end. in short, the leash is what ties to people together... but who holds the leash and who is walking is whats really important.

1: Some one who constantly needs to follow someone,like they cannot breath without being within a meter of someone, usually the same person,but if the person isnt around,they switch it up.

1: Lea-sh-ed, adj. - Describing the act of using an electronic device whilst it's plugged.

1: A guy/ girl that has a side chick that they ignore and don't acknowledge in public. A guy/ girl that drags a girl/ guy along for sexual pleasure with no intention of cuffing.

  * e.g.,  ... He's so leashing her and she doesn't even know it!
