2: Often seen loitering in front of drugstores and on stoop's and fences, harrassing passer's by.

  * e.g.,  ... "I ran into a group of hoods the other night. They 'rolled' me for everything I owned. Shoes, socks and underwear included."

  * e.g.,  ... You young hoodlums better be gone before I call the fuzz!

2: "Hood," is what a greasr would originally be called (the term "greaser," wasn't developed until the early 70's)

1: A hardcore fan of the band called "The Neighbourhood" . Hoodlums could range from shy little teenage girls with hunched backs who don't talk, or could even be a hipster guy with spacers and a beard. Don't fall into the hoodlum life and gert obsessed with Jesse and the guys

  * e.g.,  ... OH, yeah that Nava chick? Yeah, she's weird. That hoodlum girl who's obsessed with that indie band whatever that means.

  * e.g.,  ... that hoodlum only plays the tunes he gets for free,and he wears knickers while he plays them,batty man

  * e.g.,  ... Hey look at that! That hoodlums nocked up the same grocer three times in a row. I need to get out of the ghetto.
