1: A female top, tied around the neck is considered a halter top.

1: Excess flab that spills over from the underarm as a result of wearing an overly tight halter or tube top.

1: A term coined by Bill Simmons of ESPN in reference to the day when the weather finally becomes warm enough in a notoriously cold part of the country (i.e. the Northeast) that convertible tops can go down and girls can wear miniskirts and halter tops outdoors. Usually occurs in April.

  * e.g.,  ... Halter Top Day is the light at the end of winter's long, dark tunnel.
