1: 'Fleabag' a character from the amazon original titled the same name. A perverted and offbeat woman. Having a Fleabag Moment can refer to many things. Mainly, repeating a line from the show in an actual social interaction. Falling in love with a priest. Or just being an unhinged bitch.
