  * e.g.,  ... "I feel you" is a good way to describe empatheticality.

1: Being able to relate and understand other individuals.

  * e.g.,  ... The seasoned child soldier was empathetic towards the wearied commander.

1: Contrary to those "other" dictionaries, I argue that empathetic is when you really suck at being empathic.

1: One's prostate gland reacting to someone's descriptions of painful experiences, or a reaction to the sight of someone elses painful experience. This is a dull, almost tingly sensation that lasts a few seconds and then disappears into the ether. Depending on the duration and magnitude of the sensation, this could be the equivalent of your prostate crying uncontrollably, or just emitting a concerned sigh.

1: using broadcasts sports/news/entertainment/business, etc,for the attachment of your micro social meme to send to others by non verbal facial expressions of knowing/understanding/empathy .

  * e.g.,  ... We knew there was underground revolutionary activity going on Tehran that was mostly whispered about by teenage girls but you could tell the newscasters IE, Stewart/Colbert/Maddow all knew something was going on in a empathetic relay/semiotic subtext.

1:  The emotional analysis of another person's life experiences in order to either expand on an existing positive connection or to change the negative dynamics of a relationship.

  * e.g.,  ... Once Bob engaged in mindful Empathetic Understanding, his negative attitudes towards homosexuality have changed for the better. 

 [ "Empathetic Bowel Movement" ]

1: An empathetic bowel movement is when a person, usually a male, has an extremely tough bowel movement, leading to extreme empathy and sympathy towards women who are active in the birthing process.

  * e.g.,  ... Oh man this is such an empathetic bowel movement. I love all women giving birth right now. 

 [ "Empathetic Suicide Idealization" ]

1: Empathetic Suicide Idealization is wanting, thinking, or acting on committing suicide but fearing how others may react to your death or caring about how they perceive you before/during/after committing suicide.

  * e.g.,  ... Guy 1: I love my family but I don’t want to leave them grieving whatever they saw in me. Guy 2: You are experiencing Empathetic Suicide Idealization you want to die but can't stand the fact that people will be affected and grieve your loss.

1: The state of being empathetic. Like racism or sexism. But this one is founded on one's inability to put oneself in another's situation. (urban dictionary word: empathetic)
