1: (n.) or (adj.) A homeless person, a bum.

 [ "down and out" ]

1: Slang expression for being without funds, penniless.

  * e.g.,  ... Led Zeppelin slang use: "been to long before I found out what people mean by 'down and out' 

 [ "down and out" ]

2: The opposite of the above maneuver. In a down and out, the receiver runs downfield then turns out, toward the sideline.

 [ "A down and Out" ]

1: When someone, either a complete stranger or an acquaintance, pulls up in a vehicle or runs up to you on the street and gives you a blow job. They say nothing during the process.

  * e.g.,  ... "Dude you look shocked... What happened?" 

 [ "Down N' Out" ]

1: Down N' Out is an equivalent to a One night stand in which you have sexual intercourse with someone only for one time, and never talk to that partner ever again. Some synonyms are quickie, hook-up, hit it and quit it, and one nighter.

 [ "knock-down-drag-out" ]

1: prolonged, violent, and unrestrained

  * e.g.,  ... They got into a knock-down-drag-out brawl over the stupidest thing. 

 [ "bangs down, balls out" ]

1: a term used by athletes who consistantly wear their hair back for convenience during workouts, but for whatever reason, decided that today, they would just wear it down; usually accompanied by a "fuck it" mentality. most commonly found in female athletes.

  * e.g.,  ... x: "hey, I heard we're conditioning today, do you want some bobby pins?" 

 [ "bangs down, balls out" ]

2: this also occurs when the athlete forgot to bring or lost any bobby pins, hair clips, etc that they were planning on using.

  * e.g.,  ... y: "no thanks, I'll just go bangs down, balls out." x: "wow, I like your hair down!" 

 [ "Heads down elbows out" ]

1: One of many method by which to accomplish a task. This method refers to going at the problem in a bullish and nonobservant manner. Not a particularly good quality when you have the big picture.

  * e.g.,  ... Jim: Well we have a lot on our plate today Jay: I say we tackle these problems heads down elbows out 

 [ "Push-down, Blow-out Stack" ]

1: A FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stack in computing is also known as a Push-down, Pull-out stack - records or events or items are pushed down at the top and pulled out at the bottom. A LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) is also known as a Push-down, Pop-out stack - records are pushed down from the top and pulled out from the top. You can imagine a FIBO or Push-down, Blow-out stack where you keep pushing events or to-do items (or emails) down at the top until the pressure reaches a certain point at which time the bottom of the stack ruptures and all the items in the queue blow out the bottom and scatter all over the floor. For some folks, their email inbox is a Push-down, Blow-out stack where any emails that get pushed down below the fold (bottom edge of the screen) essentially disappear from their reality and might as well have blown out all over the floor.

  * e.g.,  ... My To-Do list is a Push-down, Blow-out stack which has reached critical mass and exploded; it's blissfully reassuring now that I have nothing in my To-Do list! 

 [ "up and down, in and out" ]
