1: A trance like study technique that can be done without looking at the studying materials. Going over and re-enforcing facts and equations in your head. Bassicly an excuse to study and be lazy in the process.

1: To convert programming language code to executable code. Basically translating user-friendly code into code that your computer understands. Usually done by compiler programs.

  * e.g.,  ... For example, when programming, to make an executable program of your code, you need to compile it first.

1: A word used as an excuse for procrastinating when you should be programming.

  * e.g.,  ... Why are you guys not coding? - It's compiling...

1: n. Cynical record company ploy to re-sell the same old music over and over again.

1: In sports, a very good player who plays long enough that, by the end of his career, he's accumulated great career stats. But he never really stood out, he was never really dominant, and there was never a time when he was the best player at his position. He's got some great career totals, though, so he might get into the Hall of Fame.
