Despite the localized nature of the injury, it's Amnosia made the doctors at the Pillbox Hill Center to perform reconstructive surgery, turning it into the bald creature it is today. grognak has no confirmed gender and even it self doesn't know grognak is possibly jim picken's one and only fear as grognak had pranked jim many times when jim was a teenager
