1: Abusive is a guy who abuses people for his own amusement. A true weakling in every sense of a word. Especially when they do it to women. Abusive refers to anyone who beats on another physically, uses psychological and verbal abuse against someone or bullies another person.

1: Someone who is a danger to human beings. Abuse can take many different forms. Abusers can use prolonged abuse tactics over a long period of time to try to control, harm or damage someones reputation and/or to physically or psychologically harm them.

  * e.g.,  ... 'Example' Abuser- Vitale opened websites about his victim. He tries to manipulate relationships, degrades and uses psychological torture and verbal insults to taunt people. Also uses stalking as a control tool. He is an abuser.
