[ "Machiavellian reopening" ]
1: A reopening that makes people feel a sense of morale boost, like they are the ones benefitting from stores, businesses, and restaurants not being shut down anymore. Somebody starts a petition and all of a sudden everything is open again, yet nobody is questioning whether the one who started the petition might have had something to do with everything shutting down in the first place.
* e.g., ... The girl was the one to start the petition that reopened everything. That is a lot of power for one person to have. Wouldn't it take the same kind of power to have everything shut down as well? It seems more like a Machiavellian reopening than a true morale boost.

[ "Machiavellian Victory" ]
1: Some people say they beat a case in court. There is no such thing as going to court and beating a case, you're still going to lose money every time you enter a courtroom even if the DA/prosecuting team isn't guaranteed a conviction to go on your record, if you haven't already served at least a few weeks in jail for a charge you didn't get convicted of. As long as the machine/system is what you're fighting, what you call a win or beating a case is really just breaking even by not losing everything, and you're always going to lose at least some of your money to part of the machine/system, no matter what. Though that would discourage a lot of people, it doesn't mean that no fight is worth fighting, even if there is no winning in the end.
* e.g., ... Machiavellian Victory is a struggle with a Machiavellian force (a Machiavellian prince or princess, a part of the machine) where you don't lose everything for once.

A Machiavellian princess is called a Machiavellian princess in the same way an effeminate prince is called Machiavellian, she is the female version of a Reptilian effeminate prince.
* e.g., ... The Machiavellian princess wants everybody back in line.

[ "Collective Machiavellianism" ]
1: This group will use whatever means they can, and if required, will use unethical means to achieve the goals they want, historically, it has been associated with fearmongering from demagogues to get populations of their followers on goal with their fearmongered ideals, such as the Salem Witch Trials, or the McCarthy era and red scare in general.
other times Collective Machiavellianism is simply caused by a group being forced to obey the status quo or other standards imposed on them by the group that subjugates them to carry out the overall Collective's will, whether good or bad. It will more than likely always end up in a bad context as the aim is for the Collective to gain the necessary power to carry out the aims their reaching out for, then maintain them regardless of the means needed to do so. Historically, often seen at the terrible expense of others not a part of that group, such as the many workers in the McCarthy era that were practically barred from their jobs after being fired for being alleged communists within their communities.
At times, even people in the Collective may be completely opposed to the Collective's ideals but feel that they must conform regardless; this is usually acquainted to the lucifer effect.
* e.g., ... Sally has allegations being thrown at her by multiple guys in the guy's friend group. They are doing this because she had rejected one of them, and now they want to get their revenge on her by working together to make false accusations about her in order to ruin her image at school. They plan to continue the rumors until their able to force her to do what they want her to do for them. This is a highschooler's example of Collective Machiavellianism.
