1: Someone who surreptitiously consumes alcohol in order to secretly get drunk or stay that way. The sneaker loves the convenience of those little bottles of booze since they can be easily hidden and disposed of.

  * e.g.,  ... Sneakers can easily throw back a little bottle of liquor while in privacy in the bathroom. My favorite bar has a sign for the sneaker entrance in the back. People use it all the time.
