1: An agreement that, after the holiday season is over, one will cease to indulge in the consumption of excessive sweets.

  * e.g.,  ... A: OMG, I think I've gained 35 pounds since Thanksgiving! B: You're right, you've become quite obese. We need to make a 'fudge pact' that will put a stop to all this overeating. 

 [ "Sex Pact" ]

1: The pact you WILLINGLY make in high school that when graduation rolls around and you are still a virgin, you have sex (full-on intercourse, none of this third-base or oral crap) with your best friend of the opposite gender regardless of circumstances, sexual orientation, feelings, etc. Please do not rape your best friend. Mutual consent is required, seduction is allowed, protection is always necessary.
