1: The act of planning your day's activities out in advance, but doing it in such a way that this act consumes your whole day leaving no time for anything.

  * e.g.,  ... Boss: I have to organize my meeting requests. I can not keep track of them! 

 [ "hormonal mismanagement" ]

1: To be fired as a result of a work-related adulterous relationship.

  * e.g.,  ... Due to hormonal mismanagement with his executive officer, the Boeing CEO was fired. 

 [ "Micro Mismanaged" ]

1: When your boss is simultaneously micromanaging you and doing a poor job coordinating the project as a whole.

  * e.g.,  ... Even with two daily touch points scheduled for this project, no one could figure out what was being asked of them. I've never seen a project so micro mismanaged.
