 [ "Front/Fronting" ]

1: Front means: When you have sex facing your partner; changing sex position from back to front.

  * e.g.,  ... Girl: When I front/fronting I get freakier. Man: Yeah man, when she front/fronting... GOD DAMN! 

 [ "front" ]

1: Put on a fake or false personality; not keeping it real.

  * e.g.,  ... Don't front. 

 [ "front on" ]

1: to rob, bully, or verb someone. No matter what the case, frontin on somebody always has something to do with confronting them in some way. It comes from the word front, which means acting like something you aren't. So "fronting on" somebody is basically trying to make yourself look greater than you really are at the expense of that other person.

1: Acting like you are more, or you have more than what really exists.

  * e.g.,  ... Casey drove around the rented car acting like it was hers. She was straight fronting.

1: When someone pretends or fakes a response. A pretense at not caring.

  * e.g.,  ... It seems like John isn't pissed that his girlfriend went to Mexico without him. Response:

1: A facade. Appearing one way, but really acting another. Misrepresnting yourself.

  * e.g.,  ... Ellen, the same one from Walnut Creek, best not front when she tells me she has something for me!

1: Getting drugs with intention and agreement to pay later.

  * e.g.,  ... I'm tired of fronting you drugs, you never pay on time! 

 [ "fronting" ]

1: Trying to pass yourself off as something you are not. Sometimes mistakenly seen as an aspect of "fake it until you make it". The fronter, however, will never be able to "make it".

  * e.g.,  ... Youlanda talked like a manager, but anyone could easily see that she was fronting, and was actually a hopeless and total incompetent.

1: The act of acting like you are somebody else.
