1: A condition where someone can't or won't control the loudness of his/her voice.

  * e.g.,  ... I can hear that dude from five miles away - he has a bad case of decibelitis

1: When someone is getting loud, sassy or mouthy.

  * e.g.,  ... Somone raises their voice at you and you respond: "Hey, you better check your decibels!"

1: A measurement of one's gait.

1: Decibel America is the culture in America consisting of "loud activites" Such as: Nascar racing, demolition derbies, monster-trucks and other motorsports. One can also include activites such as gun events etc. The term Decibel America is often associated with rednecks.

1: A meeting that arrives at a decision based on the opinions of the person who speaks (or shouts) the loudest regardless of whether they are correct.

1: The sound it makes when you are having sex and your breasts slap your fat roll.

  * e.g.,  ... I was riding him so hard he got tinnitus from the titty decibels.

1: When the tone of a voice or frequency of noise created has reached a certain decibel level thus resulting in those listening to react with fear anxiety and uncertainty . Sometimes those that are audio sensitive result to calling the authority’s , simply running away or fear of being beaten . Predominantly happens when those of ethnicity (black) raise there voice.

  * e.g.,  ... Just cause I raised my voice doesn’t mean I am gonna physically hit you . My apology’s my kind sir , you don’t need to run just cause I reached the white people decibel level.

1: What ya get when a hard-rock or heavy-metal record starts skipping.

  * e.g.,  ... Girl, you know it's true dat Milli Vanilli got "George Bush busted" --- i.e., "read my lips" and lip-synching --- by da infamous "repeating decibel" when their playback equipment malfunctioned.
