1: Once in a while, for whatever reason, a rectreational drug dealer, even the most reliable and friendly ones, will make the deal fall through on purpose. This is to let the customer know who is the boss, and is usually passive-aggressive. It really can be disappointing and frustrating.

  * e.g.,  ... Boy, I really got chumped today by my rock and roll doctor. He said he had some lebanese blond in hand, and he said it fell through after I drove for two hours to get it. Oh well, at least I have this swagg.

1: Someone who does not understand the basics of life on earth. Confused easily.

  * e.g.,  ... 'My friend Ali is such a chump. She talks a lot but nothing of any relevance comes out. In fact she is a world champion chump'.

1: A sucka who doesn't have a clue and talks constant jibberish. Thinks they are superior but in reality they live ina fantasy world.

  * e.g.,  ... That Robert is such a chump. He has no clue what he says half the time.

  * e.g.,  ... You chumps don't have a clue what this guy is up to.

1: to be ripped off or to be make to look like a chump.

  * e.g.,  ... "Man, I got chumped by that scam artist"

1: Someone who is really thick. They are easily duped, tricked, and taken in by others. A gullible person. Also, someone who relies on weather.com

1: 'Chumping' is gathering wood for Bonfire Night.

  * e.g.,  ... Come on, it's Bonnie Night next week. Let's go chumping.

1: A sucka that tries to act cool, but is really a fool and tries to act tough, but really isn't

  * e.g.,  ... Person who says they have a million dollars but is really poor. Person who says they kill you with a gun, but the only gun they have is a plastic one.

1: A person who is lied to and disrespected on a regular basis, and doesn’t have enough self respect to do anything but accept the abuse.
